truth does not need to be proven;

nor does it need to ask for permission;

it simply exists.

born to pakistani immigrants in the san francisco bay area, i grew up between the east and west coasts. for university, i attended the wharton school and initially attempted a traditional path in corporate marketing. ultimately, my love for creativity and entrepreneurship beckoned and i set off to brooklyn to become a freelance photographer and writer.

over time, life life-d, and i realized that my deeper calling lied in more intentionally expanding my creative work to intersect with healing, wellbeing, and human growth— for both the individual and the collective.

containing the gift of my experiences, i now flow and dance with an amalgam of creative languages as an inter-disciplinarian.

healing as social change is the heart of my personal practice. art, media, community, and culture make up its roots.

by blending an array of tools that support meaningful self-inquiry, transformative dialogue, body-mind healing, and creative expression, my service in this lifetime is to help cultivate deeper inner and outer connection through explorations of awareness.

how can we more clearly perceive ourselves?

how can we more truly know each other?

how can we better be who and what we really are?

without question, my own healing journey opened me to the privileged life i live, the way i choose to exist, and how i view the world today; it is in my bones to weave a healing ethos into everything that i do, and in large part, it is the lens through which i view activism and paradigm shifting.

i believe that success is not reaching the pinnacle of single trajectory, but instead staying true to what brings joy and fulfillment to an ever-evolving self; in harmony with this flow, i wear many hats and am guided by intuition— celebrating any twists and turns that spring from living my truth; on this path, i welcome adventure into the new, odd, unconventional, and unknown.

i wish you joy in your truth.
